Excellent service as always, and a great price.

the first time shopping is very nice on 10/2021. but last time order on 18/5/2022. first time deliver the goods damgle. return to shop, waiting 4 weeks deliver new one. but the goods maybe used and damgle. after sent email discussed 20 time. refund to me already
but I need spoken with CS again for refund the deliver fee. very tired. the CS they ignore me.the business is too good ignore customers.

Very disappointed with the customer service,have been dealing with Demon Tweeks for years.
Returned a faulty intercom back in May and still not resolved.

Demon Weeks had a really good range of motorbike security products enabling me to select exactly what I was looking for. Their service levels and communications were excellent.

Well never again. I put an order in for parts. The order did not come in the specified time frame. I asked what was going on and that is when the problem started.

Replies to my email were at best treated as I was a nuisance to them. At one point the online shop even blamed me for delays. And, after pointing this and other issues out as complaint they ignore me.

Don't buy from them. Buy local.
